Large jug (1 pint) by Hornsea Pottery, Saffron pattern. Following the success of the Heirloom range, the saffron design was introduced in 1970. Featuring a distinctive pattern, designed by John Clappison, of circular flower motifs in a caramel-saffron colour on a background of burnt orange. Internally finished in a soft cream colour.
