What is the Narchie Service fee?
Narchie's service fee is 15%+VAT of the total sale price and shipping costs. Once the item has been sold, this fee is taken from the payment before the net amount reaches the seller in their Stripe account.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, once an item is dispatched sellers put the reference number in the Narchie app and you can track the order through the courier company website.
Is the Narchie service fee refundable?
If you refund a buyer via Stripe for a sale through the Narchie app, your Narchie service fee is not refunded. However, you can contact us on support@narchie.com to discuss any payment related issues.
