What is the Narchie Service fee?
Narchies service fee is 10% of the total sale price and shipping costs. This payment is taken from the seller once the item has been sold.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, once an item is dispatched sellers put the reference number in the Narchie app and you can track the order through the courier company website.
Is the Narchie service fee refundable?
If you refund a buyer for a sale through the Narchie app your Narchie service fee can be refunded however you will need to contact us on support@narchie.com.
