Barratts China Lidded Vegetable Tureen /Serving Dish Floral Pattern Staffordshire approx 10inches 2 for £5 Tureens are underestimated in the use of them I feel, they are so versatile and can be used for spring bulbs and I've known them to be used for keys & bits & bobs. They are fantastic for food use, , soups & vegetables and fruit salad & desserts. super elegant and stylish. & we can't ever pass up on one with out singing along to the tune of " Jolene" but Tureen Tureen .... we have 2 here, 1 in lovely condition for the age & with vintage is to be expected of some crazing, but 1 sadly has a slight crack ( hairline ) yet still holds liquid and this reflected in the price ( practically free ) lids are intact and as you can see from the pics, in the 1 that's less in as good condition. feel free to ask for more information on these. over 2kg I can post evri "next day" as cheaper than Royal mail or if preferred Royal mail 2-3days on both...more
