Vintage 1960s East German Vase Fat Lava Style, Pale Brown / Grey with Lemon Yellow Swirl Pattern StrehlaKeramik GDR Ceramics Style is Stamped 1402 GDR and in Excellent vintage condition. Measurements are as follows ~ 4.5cm Opening, 21.5cm Tall, 8cm Base We could not resist the sunny pop of lemony yellow used in this wonderfully 60s earthenware vase, the cool swirl pattern and elegant yet practical shape. We believe it to have been made by the StrehlaKeramik pottery in East Germany, during the boom period for this style of ceramics during the 60s/70s. As always, we have picked this piece as it would look equally at home in a retro or modern aesthetic.
