Czech In Beautiful vintage "Lens" vase, designed by Frantisek Vizner for Sklo Union's Libochovice glassworks in Czechoslovakia around in 1963. Made of clear glass with frosted "lens" shapes. The pattern number is 3236. It is a heavy piece of mid-century modern design and will look great in any setting.
