MID CENTURY 1960s WHITE & NEWTON 7ft LONG ‘WESTBOURNE' SIDEBOARD. A beautifully simplistic & streamlined 'Westbourne' sideboard designed & manufactured by White & Newton of Portsmouth circa 1960s. – Excellent vintage condition Featuring striking clean lines with concealed handles, carefully considered design details and solid teak trapeze style base. A stunning design, way ahead of its time. Two good sized shelved cupboards, the middle one featuring a drop down door for serving drinks, complete with original serving tray. The right hand side is accessed via a concertina door. Three good sized drawers to the left. The teak has a stunning golden patina that only age can achieve. A very desirable piece, in excellent restored condition, there are some minor polished in marks as to be expected, please take a look at the photographs for more detail.
