A lovely catch-all lidded basket in varying bands of brown tones and with a cream loop on top of the lid. Amazing condition for its age with no breaks. I’m not sure what type of fibre was used but it’s strong and fine. making a tight weave and firm shape. The lid fits well and is not loose when on. It’s a lovely little basket… very reminiscent of the 70s boho era. Great for jewellery, cotton pads or buds… an array of things really, as it’s a useful size. It measures 12,5cm in height and is 17.5 cm in diameter....more
