The original was designed by artist Thomas Ericksson in 1992 Symbolic design… Swedish designer Thomas Eriksson won several prices and his work is found in the permanent exhibition at the MoMA (Museum of Modern Art) in New York. As part of "The Cappellini Project Object Collection", he designed the Cross medicine cabinet in 1992. This creation has became a classic of modern design, and can be found in many homes and public spaces.
