A mid century modern blue floor lamp with a lovely murano glass globe shade. The lamp has been fully restored and rewired. I have painted the wooden parts with a rich blue to complement the gold shaped parts on the stem and the brass gallery for the shade. The murano glass shade has so much character and provides a nice bubbly light and interesting reflections. The shade is held in place with a shade ring on the brass bayonet cap lamp holder. A B22 LED light bulb is included in the price. There is a striking light blue braided flex to complement the blue hues, with a black foot switch to turn the lamp on and off with ease. Please note there are a few marks on the brass gallery and on the shade which are characteristic of their vintage age. nothing particularly noticeable though. The lamp ideally needs to sit on a flat wooden surface in a quiet spot, to avoid getting knocked. All electrical items used are new and approved by CE safety standards. The lamp has been PAT tested.
