These are a pair of beautiful vintage hand painted egg trinket boxes (by Past Times I think!). These very pretty, gilded trinket boxes recall the splendidly decorated and gilded Worcester china from the late 18th century. The gilding has been arranged in a 'quilted' effect with beautiful and delicate flowers within each space. Manufacturers mark on the base: Made In China In excellent condition and showing very minor signs of use and wear (commensurate with age). Gilding bright and shiny, flower colours vibrant.
