A unique cushion handmade from a antique tapestry and vintage wool tartan. Ma has been collecting these tapestries for a while. They’re such beautiful beautiful projects, completed by hand years ago, and we felt they needed to be repurposed into functional everyday items to be enjoyed and seen. The central panel has been hand sewn to vintage fabric. The cushion is backed with a recycled calico, padded with feathers. The large size of these cushions makes them super cosy! This cushion measures 55cm x 55cm PLEASE NOTE THIS PIECE IS VINTAGE AND MAY DISPLAY SLIGHT MARKS EXPECTED WITH SUCH AN ITEM. A pink French knot embellishes every item, referring to the laundry marks used by households to identify their linens when sent for cleaning.
