This Gorgeous Antique 100 year old Edwardian Art Nouveau Dining Room Sideboard has been partially rebuilt, fully restored and refinished to a high standard ready to serve the next 100 years. This stunning one of a kind antique Sideboard is the epitome of Art Nouveau design. It was important for me to celebrate the age of the natural wood grain, carvings and iconic balcony down to those small characteristics of an antique. I have replaced all the shelves bar one original. She has new drawer bottoms, drawer rails, drawer stoppers, internal partition, external trim, brass screws and refinished original hardware. The old outside finish has been professionally removed discarding the failed layers of old varnish and stain and then meticulously sanded over a period of weeks to reveal the soft solid Mahogany. Painted in Annie Sloan paints waxed inside and out and the top and drawers sealed in a Matt flat topcoat. She is ready to be loved for the next 100 years! UK Delivery Only in...more
