A very unusual bentwood kettle table with a pull out shelf - a great little feature. The thin wood is bent to look a bit like bamboo creating a very attractive piece. I haven't seen one like this yet. It could be used as a plant stand, a lamp table or a bedside. The table is in a nice vintage condition. There is some usual age related wear, such as some minor cracks in the bentwood, a few surface marks and, as can be seen from the close ups, a couple of wider gaps between screws and wood. As can be seen from one of the close ups, the tables leans to one side. This is more obvious from the back rather than the front and does not affect the stability.
