Lovely antique deed box with the original insignia of Kay and Co. No.4 on the front. I've thoroughly cleaned the box then waxed and polished it to preserve the patina Perfect as unique decorative storage. As with all my vintage and antique pieces this has bumps and blemishes that reflect its previous life adding to its character and charm - there is considerable paint loss to the exterior and interior and dents to the surfaces one in particular on the lid. There is a very small hole to the base. The handles are functional and the lid opens and closes easily. There is a lock but no key. Please get in touch if you would like more photographs.
