Vintage Brass And white ceramic 1940s toggle light switches. Offered for sale is a group of 10 brass and ceramic toggle light switches. 8 are by Crabtree and 2 are by other firms. The condition is good. They appear to be all there, all toggles switch nicely. Two of the switches have light damage to the ceramic where it would touch the wall see pics. The brass is unpolished and would have been lacquered originally. All the ceramic is dirty and there a few signs of crazing and discolouration but not on all. Overall this is a nice haul of original salvaged switches. Some people may wish to restore these or they are really nice and original as seen. All threads are good. The diameter of the ceramic back plate is approx 2 1/4" the depth inc toggle is approx 1 1/2". I am selling these untested as a salvaged lot a good electrician can easily rewire and install If you purchase these switches they will be carefully wrapped...more
