Beautiful and unusual antique paper weigh with a clenched brass hand - it's very characterful with a lovely aged patina to the base where some of the original green paint is still visible. As with all my vintage pieces this has evidence of its previous life adding to its uniqueness, character and charm - there is obvious surface wear to the base. It's been given a gentle clean and wax to retain the patina, but the brass could possibly polish to a brighter shine.
