Just wow. This beast of an oil lamp is stunning. The base is cast iron with remnants of the bronze colouring it would have originally donned. The design across the base is very Victorian Art Nouveau. The body that holds the oil is opaline milkglass in a gorgeous aqua colour with intricate design. Still, some of the gold gifting and colour paints when new are visible. Please see the photos for clarity. The wick winders verify Duplex and the base verify model. Relatively new wick added. NB: No funnel or shade included. These are, however, easily sourced ....more
