Unique pair of hand painted floral plates, very pretty and unusual, beautifully painted. These are a matching pair, but as they are hand painted, each is slightly different. Measures 22.5cm diameter. No makers mark. They look to me to be French, maybe from the 1900’s. The pink outer ring and floral painting suggest the influence of Limoges. In good antique condition. One has a little wear to the decoration, particularly the gilt at the border, but it’s not significant and to my mind adds to its charm.
