A beautiful asparagus plate made by Onnaing in France, circa early 1900's. The design features 3 dipped compartments with raised detailing on the surface adding depth and dimension to the design. Along with this, overlapping asparagus in the middle, on the bigger and a flower design in the smaller compartment. It has an attractive mix of glazed colours including pink, yellow, blue and green. Although this is an antique item, it is still suitable for use, or alternatively looks charming hung on display hung on a wall. It is a unique item and would make an excellent gift for french antique lovers. Stamped with the Onnaing shield and Made in France on the base.
