This stunning gold gilt framed mirror is a really lovely detailed piece. The mirror is beautifully orante with a floral, berry and ribbon detail. The piece has amazing detail and is possibly ormolu which is a technique of gold leafing popular in the 19th century. On the smaller side so ideal for a bedroom, hallway or bathroom⁹ The frame and gilt is made of metal. It hangs by a hoop. The mirror and frame is in very good condition with some very small amount of loss of piantwork to the metal on the bottom. There is some water marks on the back of the mirror these don't effect use 47cm tall and 41cm wide including frame I have a number of other vintage mirrors in my shop if you would like to take a look!
