How gorgeous is this brass tray! The design is so wonderfully intricate. A beautiful depiction of what I would describe as a 4 armed goddess (possibly Vishnu) two other people and a tiger leaping at a gazelle below. The space around the central image, is filled with gorgeous swirls all the way to the edge of the tray, accompanied by little leaf shaped cut outs. Of course it has signs of age but this piece is in wonderful condition with only light scratching (I think someone may have used a harsh sponge on it) and a couple light rings that are so light I can barely photograph them, it sits flat with no bending. I have lightly polished it, but over time it will gain back its patina which is also absolutely beautiful on a piece like this. Looks perfect on a coffee table, but would also look amazing on the wall as a piece of art or on a sideboard holding alcohol and cocktail glasses! ✨ Measuring - 40.5 Diameter x 1cm Deep...more
