Delightful vintage/antique lacquered handkerchief box, with hand painted lid and lovely contrasting red interior. Perfect for keeping little treasures in, or love letters, or little odds and ends of haberdashery maybe. There’s a bit of surface wear, as you’d expect of an item this old, but it’s in good sound antique condition. A little rubbing to corners and some wear to the paint - the butterfly is very ghostly!
