Antique oak Jacobean style sideboard

Antique oak Jacobean style sideboard, having a central small square drawer, flanked by two larger drawers, all furnished with decorative brass handles and resting on turned frontal stretchered supports. This is a very sturdy, solid and heavy piece of antique furniture. We imagine that originally this piece would have had a plate rack or cupboard above… This is a great, versatile sideboard that would fit in most surroundings and with most decor. There are two pieces of trim missing from the right hand drawer and at some time the back panel has been replaced. The sideboard has a beautiful patina that only comes with age and use. There are a couple of dark ring marks to the back of the top. Despite this, it remains a great piece of furniture! Please see all photographs!
