This is a beautiful and finely painted oil on board painting with a very moody and atmospheric feel to it. This seascape is signed by the artist. Country of orign unknown but the back is dated to 1907. Artist has signed LR but I have not been able to identify further. The surname is possibly Runel or Rumel and is also on the back of the picture. The painting is in good vintage condition with some wear in places.
