A charming ceramic Art Deco toast rack by Shorter and Son, in the very collectible scarce “Anemone” design from 1939. A lovely example of 1930’s English pottery. Handpainted, the colours are still strong and vibrant. No damage or wear, just some crackle to the glaze, commensurate with its age. There is a little slip of paint at one end, which would have occurred during the manufacturing process. **Please do check the photos thoroughly as these form part of the description.
