Exquisite Art Deco bedside cabinets. Once the original varnish had been stripped back I decided the grain to the top and doors where too beautiful to cover, they have been toned down slightly with a water based stain and sealed with several layers of durable topcoat. The drawers have a green/grey effect to compliment the wood finish. Black has been chosen for the main body to enhance the doors and drawers. The interiors have been revived with a furniture balm, some very slight staining (but clean) to the the bottom of one. A beautiful example of 1930,s craftsmanship, still as sturdy as when first made.
