Spectacular art deco bronze statue made after Demetre Chiparus. Chiparus was regarded as the master of art deco bronze sculpture. This piece is a beautiful casting of the original and is solid bronze bearing the signature and foundry mark. This is a reproduction of the original casting; the original would cost many many thousands! She is known as the Charleston Dancer and has stunningly modelled features which are sleek and elegant with an exotic outfit. This is a large and heavy piece sitting on top of a good quality tiered red and white marble with a black marble base. This would make a wonderful statement piece.
