So simple, stylish and pretty, this 1930’s Art Deco bowl is made from celluloid, an early form of plastic like bakelite. Designed for use as a fruit bowl, but it would look elegant in your bathroom or bedroom for jewellery, or toiletries, wash cloths etc. It’s a lovely pale peachy pink colour. The material is thick and sturdy and does not bend. In good vintage condition. A couple of of minor surface faults and very light surface scratches commensurate with age and use, not noticeable.
