A vintage string holder made by Arthur Wood Pottery of England. A fantastic kitsch design of a dogs face, omitting the string from the mouth, with a hoop on the collar for scissors to sit in. Designed to be attached to a wall, this also sits well on a shelf. This piece is particularly hard to find as it has a patch on its eye, unlike the majority of this style. In lovely vintage condition, no chips or cracks, however there is some crazing, please see photographs. 14cm wide....more
