Lovely small plate by renowned artist Bjorn Wiinblad of Denmark ( 1919-2006). His illustrations are immediately recognisable and distinctive with their whimsical style - highly sought after/ collectible. This plate is on porcelain manufactured by German firm Rosentahl I believe from the 1970s/80s. This plate is part of a series. Would have been boxed originally , but I don’t have this- priced to reflect this. Rich blue background, with bright colours and gold accents. Signed by artist.
