Heartbreakalert, I bought this after the owner had thrown away the lid because it had a little chip underneath. Imagine! No chips or cracks in great condition. Just no lid. Not sure you really need one to be honest if the bread is wrapped. Moira pottery was founded in 1922, they are renowned for their simple utilitarian stoneware crocks. This is a beauty weighing in at an impressive 6.8kgs! We will go halves with you on postage as it will be expensive to post. Still a useful thing without it's lid in my view as it is plain on one side; so you could store all sorts in it with the blank side facing out - or be all 2022 and have bread in it and no lid.
