Not going to lie I was a happy bunny when I found this recently. I have trawled the internet and cannot find another. Made in Spain for Casa Pupo which was an uber cool shop in Pimlico in the 1960s frequented by the Beatles and other glitterati of the day. It is old, I'm guessing 1960s and the woven lattice work looks a little nibbled in places but those oranges are bright and vibrant with the leaves and flowers nestled in the bowl. It was several shades greyer but a soak and the careful application of a soft wee bottle brush has brought her back to life. Old things have lived that’s part of their joy for me. I'll never find another of that I am certain. She's big too. I just love her. All handmade and hand painted. The Queen of ceramic fruit bowls. Casa Pupo ceramics command some hefty price tags.
