An attractive ceramic egg holder in the shape of a nesting hen. She is in a white ceramic glaze stamped with red hearts and pink flowers and sits on a matching basket with a peach coloured rim. She has a bright yellow beak and bright red comb and wattles. She will hold up to a dozen medium eggs or 10 large eggs. She is in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks, just a little crazing to the inside base of the basket.
