Clam shell pedestal dish. This little lovely is in the style of Dartmouth Pottery shell dishes. There are no markings but I know these used to have paper labels, so it possibly is Dartmouth. It has the best colour glaze I’ve seen (again not a colour I’ve seen from Dartmouth pottery) it’s a like a rusty rich coral colour. Perfect for the bathroom with your soap in or on a dressing table keeping treasures in. There is a small little chip to the front and the glaze is missing (see pic) but too pretty to not still use.
