Five Clarice Cliff Springtime bowls four are Royal Staffordshire and one is marked Newport Pottery. Reg No is 840076 on all five. They are all from the same pottery. Unbelievably Clarice started work there at 13 and rose through the ranks to become head designer. The prettiest of transfer prints and a lovely flower shaped imprint to the rim. They do have some little age speckles on a couple; and one is crazed but these are old little bowls of joy. Not as newsworthy as the hand~painted Bizarre range but very lovely in their own right.
