Collectible 'Piggin' Pig

This is one of a series of collectibles known as Piggin Pigs created throughout the 1990s by David Corbridge. They feature a range of characterful hand made pottery pigs in a range of situations. This one is called 'Congratulations' and features a mummy pig cradling a baby pig. It comes in the original box and colourful leaflet explaining the origins of the series as well as others in the series. It measures 9.5cm tall, has the makers mark imprinted on the hind quarters and sticker to the base. It would make a cute new baby gift for a pig lover.
