Custom upcycled beautility cocktail cabinet

This lovely sideboard from the 1950s is available and crying out to be updated and re-beautified for its next home. Each piece I work on is repaired as necessary and then thoroughly cleaned inside and out before sanding back the old finish to prepare for the new. Interiors are oiled/stained/painted as appropriate. Valspar furniture paint doesn't require a topcoat as it is very durable in its own right but I often wax it anyway for a soft sheen that deters dust and dirt from sticking and feels irresistibly soft and smooth to the touch.
