This superb c.1970s slipware jug, has such an eye-catching rustic look! It features a dark molasses-brown glaze with a simple off white slip pattern of wheatsheaf and a cream interior; evocative of very early antique Staffordshire slipware. Use as a perfect decorative cottage accent, a creamer jug, or on a sunny sill with a bunch of seasonal blooms 12cm H x 15cm W (at widest point with handle) x 9.5cm Base Diameter Wonderful condition throughout with simply a few small arks inside from use. Please note, any white hot areas are reflections off its very glossy glaze.
