Blackberry Prunt serving bowl and 6 matching dessert dishes. Pattern no. 269 (as found on page 12 of the 1928 catalogue). Made by George Davidson & Co. Teams Glassworks, Gateshead, England. Circa 1930s. The glass nodules around the outside of the bowls are known as Blackberry Prunt on account of them being blackberry shaped hence the design name. This item is cross listed. Measurements approx. Large bowl: Rim 23.5 cm diameter. Base 12.8 cm diameter. Height 6 cm Small bowls: Rim 13 cm diameter. Base 7.5 cm diameter. Height 4 cm Set total weight 2190 g ( approx. 2.2kg) Condition: Good condition, Please look carefully at the pictures as they form part of the description.
