Highly unusual and beautiful hand made decorated textured vintage wall plate - Kog Gini Kutahya, Turkey. Beautiful flowered banding and scrolling work with a magnificent vibrant blue bird. Brightens the dullest of days. Lovely colours, will make a superb addition to a wall plate collection. So much skill! Marked to the base - see pictures.
