This cute planter by Eastgate Pottery of Withernsea dates from the 1960s and is part of the Fauna range. It is designed in the shape of a log with the cutest little rabbit and squirrel at either end. The colour of the glaze us still very bright and vibrant with some light crazing to the underside and a couple of small chips, one on the end of the log and one to the side of the rabbit. The planter is rough lined to protect the inside from damage of use. It measures around 20cm in length, 8cm high and overall depth of about 9cm.
