Edwardian carved oak gothic style two door bookcase having green glass panels. The front elevation is profusely carved and decorated. Internally there are three wooden shelves. This is a sturdy solid bookcase - very elegant and has a beautiful colour to the wood! The green leaded glazed panels really sets the piece off! It has a great patina that only comes with time and use. There are some superficial bumps and marks - consistent with age - but they enhance the piece. There’s a small darkened indent to the very top - please see all photographs!. The bookcase also comes complete with a key.
