Edwardian Mahogany sewing/work box. A lovely small size sewing box to house all your lovely sewing bits and pieces and latest project, it would also work well as a great lamp table or side table. Top lifts revealing open storage space, full width drawer to the front with one internal dividers. Long slender legs, this is an elegant little piece of furniture with many options for use. You can see the quality of the piece by screws, hinges and lock. Lock and key all working. Ruby red shot silk lining is in excellent condition, the left pocket has lost its elastic but can be easily repaired. The front left leg is slightly damaged, smooth finish with finished colour not as dark as the rest of the piece. Both front legs also have a slight damage.
