Edwardian silver plated three piece muffin warmer. Wonderful, Edwardian modernist design, with beautiful clean outline. Includes a deep bowl shaped base, an internal bowl and domed lid. ca. 1900s. Wonderfully versatile item which could also be used as a cheese dome, entree cloche. The bottom bowls intended use was for hot water to keep the item in the middle plate warm, but layers can of course also be separated and used separately!
