Super striking oil painting by Swedish artist Gösta Fogler (1919-1992). Expressive confident brushwork and superb color usage make up this remarkable painting of two seated figures. Fogler studied painting in both Stockholm and Paris and is represented in many museum collections in Sweden including Moderna Museet, Nordiska Museet in Stockholm and Tessins Institute, Paris.
