Swedish Modernist Oil Painting by Eric Lo. Oil on panel painting in the modernist style by the renowned Swedish painter Eric Lo Ohlqvist (1914-2004), who was also known as Eric Lo. This piece, executed on panel during the 1960s, depicts figures and reflects the artist's distinctive style and mastery Dimensions: Height 66cm(25.9 inches) Width 77cm(30.3 inches) Condition: Both Frame and Painting in excellent condition. Erik Ohlqvist who sometimes went under the name Erik Lo studied in Sweden and Paris in the early 1950s. He travelled extensively in Europe and painted in a range of styles. This is one of his more modern works. His work is held at The Senate in Washington and Brooklyn Seamen's House in New York.
