French Graniteware irrigator / douche with speckled blue and white enamel. Blue trim around the top and bottom rims. Handle and spout. In-built hook for hanging. These containers were used to hold water for douching via a pipe (not present) for medical or hygienic reasons. It has likely not been used for this purpose for a long time! It's beautiful and functional with an interesting history. The can has got just the right amount of rust to lend it that vintage / antique French farmhouse, shabby chic look. It has so many possible uses for this container: cutlery, utensils, flowers, plants, you name it!
