This antique 19th Century high lipped bowl, has such a special aged beauty! Carrying a wonderful crazed glossy glaze and timeworn hand-painted design, it would make for a pretty decorative accent in a farmhouse or country cottage setting, or we feel, a most handsome pet bowl for your beloved companion. We believe it to be a Welsh Gaudy pottery piece, though it is unmarked, which is common. 14cm diameter at rim x 18cm W (including handles) x 7cm H In very aged but resolute condition with overall heavy surface crazing to its glaze, and 'tea-staining' from use.
