Glorious piece of studio pottery that looks to have survived in its box since the 1970s: I've been trying to find the exact date of production, but haven't been able to find another one on the internet, or any old documentation online. It is certainly very attractive and although the box has seen far better days, the butter dish itself looks to be great with only a barely visible chip as seen in the photo. Lovely retro shades of brown and backstamped "The Guernsey Pottery". Measures approx. 11cm in diameter at its widest and stands 5cm high....more
