Hadrill & Horstman Simplus Desk Lamp Mid-Century

A vintage Hadrill & Horstman "Simplus" task lamp. A wonderful example of British industrial design, the innovative counterweight mechanism with it's pair of heavy barrels gives the lamp an excellent freedom of movement and articulation to any angle. A classic combination of form and function Completely rewired and refitted with new components this is an excellent functional and stylish task light. Being a mid 20th century piece, the lamp bears entirely commensurate minor marks which can be clearly seen in the images. You are required to look very carefully at all the images as they form an important part of the description of goods. The lamp will require a b22 bayonet type bulb and is wired for UK use.
